Shool feels are approx 5K per year (just paid mine for my boys $1250 and $1500 per 1/4) but you can apply for a hardship exception, this is not as hard as you would think. The threshold is quite high and is called the Henderson poverty line. This takes into account your income and also the number of children in education.
