  1. Hi,

Any one can tell if offshore applicant has review rights to appeal in AAT or not. My employer asking me to appeal in AAT after visa refusal. My nomination was refused and then after 4 months I got visa refusal.

I will be very thankful if someone can help me with my query.

    Hi Sandy,

why do you want to withdraw your pr file. It can be open anytime soon. I think you should wait bit more time.

What kind of study you are doing now?

Donot know anything what's going on? 18 months finished today without any update from immi. It is  really hard to wait offshore. I applied for cook, offshore, DE, HR.

What is your timeline and occupation?

    9 may 16 no update

maybe they want to push us after march and applied in new rules

Do you think that new rules will apply on application which were submitted 1 and half year ago.

if they will ask for 3 years experience for 187 DE at the time submission then too many of us will be in trouble. I had just 1 and half years experience that time when i applied for 187 visa.

whats wrong with april 2016 ?

Donot know anything mate. I am waiting for almost 18 months now without any update. Whenever i asked my agent she always says we can't do anything other than wait.

I am sick and tired of this waiting game.
