I would like to know can PCC and medical kept ready well in advance ? if yes , then how many months old reports are acceptable ? Also if you are from India by chance , can PCC be applied without any proof from Australian embassy ?

Yes Captain C. Initially i thought i would submit the afidavits. But after going through many other threads i realized that it is in best of my interest to submit reference letters on Company letter head. Thanks for your detailed explanation.

Hi Captain C , in one of the threads i read Australia accepts ielts score validity which are not 3 years old. But i know that ielts general test scores are valid only for 2 years. Which one is correct ? i am confused now as my score is going to expire in August 2016 and i am yet to start my skill assessment test. Do u suggest me to retake the exam early next year?

Seniors , I am new to this forum and i have a question. I have checked how the points are calculated and i have 60 points and i am going to apply for skill assessment in a day or two. How much time it usually takes for positive skills assessment considering all my documents are as needed by the skillselect team.Also after positive assessment if i enter pool , what are the chances of getting selected in draw ? i am getting my skills assessed for Software Engineer.

From my previous company , i got the reference letter on company letter head. It does't mention anything about my manager. The contact details provided are the details of HR office. In this case also the immigration officials call up on this number ?

Hi Seniors , hope everyone is doing good. I have a question. I don't want to disclose to my current company that i am applying for Immigration. Hence i am planning to use an Affidavit to declare my roles and responsibilities. In this case what is the process ?
