Hi - can any one help me clarify this; EOI submitted on Feb and ITA on Feb 17th ; I have applied for visa on march 11th with all docs front loaded with PCC and Medicals. On May 16th Employment verification done with my current employer and after that no update. I read in forums that the occupation code system analyst 261112 has reached its ceiling and no further grants until July 2016- Is this right? As per my understanding the post invitation recieved, we dont need to worry about the ceiling. Waiting for some one to give me a right clarification Thanks , Rickoo

Hi Captain C one more question to you i have lodged 190 Visa for NSW in parallel to my 189 Visa with date of effect: 29/01/2016(Initial submission was 8th August 2016) My points are 70 for nsw. Any idea when I will be getting invited for NSW? for 189 -I have 65 points-in my last quote -you had said I need to wait for 2 months (Was that two rounds or two months?) Do I hold any chance of getting invited in the 17th Feb round? My occupation code:261112 points :65 for 189 and 70 for 190 NSW.

Hi Captain C i did see 3rd Feb round is finished and I dont see an invite yet :-( The date of effect for last selection for 22nd January is: 18 December 2015 4.01 pm Do I stand a chance for 17th Feb 2016 or only duriing March I will be invited ? Regards, Rickoo

My occupation code:261112 Point break up: Age:25; Eng:10;Education:15: Experience:15(Total 65) My points got moved to automatically in the system to 65 as on 29/01/2016. This changed the initial submission date of 30th June 2015. my questions are 1.does this mean my priority date is changed? 2. Do i hold a chance to get the invite for 5th Feb 2016? or I may have to wait for few more rounds?

Hi Captain C needed a clarification from you. My occupation code:261112 Point break up: Age:25; Eng:10;Education:15: Experience:10(Total 60) To reach to 65 points I need 80 days more so that year of experience becomes 8+ years and points move to 65. I tried writing PTE couple times, but no major change to the score. I tried applying for NSW 190 visa but -selection points are 70 I suppose. Can I consider applying for Victoria- 190 visa- But I observed the rejection rates are very high there. Please suggest. If I wait for 3 more months - I am not sure the chances of point scale for cut off may go high to 70 Please suggest, if you can think of alternate way.

so no 60 pointers will be invited for 261112? As I dont see a single 60 pointers being invited even if they have their filing date as early as march/apr/may?

I have applied for system analyst 261112 with 60 points Date of submission 30th June. PTE with all 74(I tried increasing to 79-not succeeded yet) I will move to 65 points as ACS has considered my experience with Nov 2007 onwards and exactly november I hit the 8 years mark. which will move my points to 15 from 10 points- thus making it to total 65.

Hi, I was looking for a chart or list where i can see the pending 65 pointers and pending 60 pointers -so can arrive at a tentative time line by which we can hope to get the invite.

is there any website where we can see the list of 60 pointers and 65 pointers?

Hi CaptainC one question...I observed that from next month onwards(october) the invitation rounds are going to be twice a month. Does this mean 60 pointers for system analyst can keep their hope up as the rounds are multiplying, we may get our turn? By November I will move to 65 points but till then, would like to believe that it should get picked up.

Also had one question- ACS has considered my experience as less than 8 but greater than 5 years from 2007 -october onwards. Next month this will get to 8 years and thus my points will increase by another 5 points-Do I need to update it manually or -EOI will automatically make this update -This will move my points to another 5 points-making it 65. Please let me know.

Thank you CaptainC. The only option I have now is to increase the points by re writing the IELTS/PTE- I have submitted for NSW 190 as well, but however the invite is not happening in that area as well-should I ask in any another forum on the same?
