Advice please.... cant believe it but my uk police check expires tomorrow.. started this whole process on feb 18th 2015 so its expiring! still only got application received. Shall I pay for and organise a new one and just submit it? will my current one be no good... its only coz its taken them so long to get to it that its expired what would you do? thanks

My CBA Credit Card has expired and in order to get new card i need to provide them Visa..On 16th my 457 is expiring and BVA is coming into effect.Just wanted to confirm if i could get new Card from CBA by showing them my BVA.

i m same.. but CBA not issue new card if you are on BV. i pay off all credit and waiting for visa, as bank told me when i get visa they issue me new card with same credit limit.

I agree with that Peppa01. But what I believe as being unfair it that at the time of our application the delay was not 6-8months. So if they keep extending the processing time when they need it, of course there will be no reason to complain because they will always respect de timings.. And in a broad way, I think it's a bit too much to ask for 2 years sponsored in the same company (same position/ location etc..) and then have to wait about 8 months. Cause all together it's almost 4 years in the same company! (few months before asking for sponsorship, then 2 years, then 8 months).

I know there is nothing we can do (except write a feedback after getting PR..). I'm just angry

i am 101% agree with you and @peppa. Many mambers got response on 30 and 31 dec even we was on holiday and immi people was working. They working hard. They r working for us.

thank you so much but he is on holiday....when he is coming back our time maybe finished and my boss told me he need one week for collecting all documents......even when we trying to contact that company they wind up their business...how we can give you details I am just worried about timeframe that's it

I called 131881, VIC and NSW. 131 said may case is in the queue waiting for allocation. VIC said in queue and will be processed pretty soon. NSW yesterday said my case should have been allocated and she would raise it to her manager. Today they told me sth. completely different. They said that new std is 6-8 months. Can anyone above be trusted at all? Can you beat that they just change the service std whenever they want!?

i don't understand why you call daily? You shoud be wait for 6 months.. You know every time they give diffrent ans. So i think you stop calling and wait.

my wife friend applied on 25 july 2015 and she got pr in 27 october , my cousin applied on 27 aug and she got pr on 3 rd decmber , and here every one is saying that they are doing july now and on the iimmi mail they also said that they are allocating july files then howcome the july applicant got pr in october and augst applicant got pr in dec ....very very confusing for me .......

why your all cousins and friends got very fast even here hundereds of members geting acc. to Department's information.. may be they got because they are your cousins.. anyway from today i am your cousin.... hope i will get early too :jiggy:
