i did my medicals and they told me they will send it directly to Immi, but i cant c that in my application portal.. how does it work? do we need tpo attach a copy of medical examination undergone

For you guys that are waiting to hear back after submitting documents did you click the "request complete" button??

 

This button seemingly sends an email to the case officer that all requested documents have been uploaded. If you haven't clicked it the case officer usually waits until the 28 days expires and then when they have time again they will pick up your case. I am no expert though... Just what I have heard.

 

I applied for nomination 20th Feb & visa 24th April. My nomination got approved 2nd June and requested medicals for visa. I don't know when I will hear back but I clicked the request complete so hoepfully that works

didn't u do the medicals before ? did u do the medicals after u have been requsted?

does it matter , if u apply the nomination and visa on different dates before they take ur application?

will they grant the PR together or they decide the nomination and take equal amount of toime to process the visa?

when the case officer take the file do they look visa and nomination application together or seperate ?

medicsl done on .....April 16th 2015

Same here applied on match 17, medicals and all docs done, hope thr is nothing they will ask ,

its a good thing that they r actually moving in march 13 alredy

Finally the day has arrived. PR Granted today.

186 ENS - Direct Entry (Skill Assessment Lodged: 13/03/14 - Approval: 06/06/14)

Nomination Lodged: 19/07/14 - Doc's Requested: 18/12/14 - Submitted: 19/12/14 Nomination Granted: 11/03/15

Visa application Lodged: 11/03/15 VISA GRANTED: 16/06/2015

 

Family of 4 from the India, applied under Direct Entry through a MA in NSW. Application processed by Paramatta office.

 

No request for additional docs, Got a phone call from MA that the big day has arrived.

 

 

Good luck to all those waiting, processing time in general is reducing, so a ray of hope for everyone.

Hi, been lurking here for a while and thought I'd share my details with you to give some of you hope as our application was granted today :

 

Nomination and visa lodged on 10/3/2015, both granted 16/6/2016 so a total of 98 days !

 

Family of 4 from the UK, employer sponsored 457 > 'Subclass 186 PR visa' submitted through a MA in NSW.

 

No request for additional docs, checked for an update first thing this morning, as usual, and no change to existing status. Then just before lunch the approval came through.

Nomination approved: 11 June (No additional docs required)

Visa approved: Waiting... Anytime now!

I know a friend, who lodged 186 application on 3rd March. He is very lucky to get his PR quickly. His PR was granted on 22nd May.

I have applied for ENS Transition entry and my timelines are belo

 

Applied for the nomination on 6th March 2015

Applied for the visa application on 18th March 2015

Nomination - Not approved yet

 

 

 

And I lodged the application through Migration Agent. Can anyone please let me know, how to check the Nomination status?

 

PS: MA is not helpful. I get the default answer that, "The current processing time is 5-6 months, and I have to wait" :mad:

unfortunately.. u cant check it.. its either the employer or MA can check .. n they wonot let u know

Guys , i have applied for my Employer Nomination on 17 th march 2015

applied for visa on 14 april.2015 and i got the hap id from ma to do medicals... does it reli matter when i do the medicals . i mean will it prolong my decison ? In the sense if i do it today or just beofre the file is taken.. is that the same ?

I think we cannot Import employer nomination bcoz that doesnot come under our application.. Your ma might or ur emplyer can acess it
