what's the means?

further documents needed by immi to process ur file.. Check with ur MA or chck ur email

I lodged my visa application just 2 days before nomination granted... does that means same CO will look my visa application?

 

Another question, once CO assigned to look for the nomination application then how many days he will take to complete it?

Does anyone know once youve done your medical and it gets sent off to immigration - whether there is a way to find out your results?:err:

once its uploaded to immi .. No way u can chck the results

i am following this forum frm couple of months which helps a lot.

i applied nom/visa on 28 February and my agent said tht my file showing assessment in progress today.

so just curious if my file is open and they don't need any further docs then when are the chances I will hear frm them?

my status have been the same "assessment in progress for last 2 months ". I thought that was the normal status

Wait untill july 1, everythng will get sorted out, this waiting confusion happens every year from june till july 1!

Hi, I have applied for the same visa as you (186 Direct entry) and I had the same issue and wasn't sure if I should submit the form 80 or not.

I have asked my MA and he said that there is no need for me to submit it.

 

I am still not sure really, but the AM said it is not a compulsory document and no need to submit it.

 

I am curious to know if anyone here did have their 186 PR approved without having to provide the Form 80. Anyone?

its not a big deal to submit form 80, but just in case if u donot, before CO is allocated, they will definitly ask for it.. Amd again 28 days Is lost

Is there anyone who lodged nomination on March 2015 onward and got visa granted?

i guess nobody, expect ppl who lodged long back n granted in march .. But there will be lot happening from july , u can c that from last year, chck the forum, the hold it from march and granted PR in july first week. So expecting a good news in july

hii i just check some old post on page 141. Too many PR granted on 1 july.lasy year. I hope too many peoples get PR on this year too. Best of luck to all

Normally all the pplications ( visa n nomination)made togethr or before nomination application is taken .. is granted on the same day.. but for the last few weeks ..due to strike and year end may be it might have gone down.. so all the nomination granted recently can expect a good news by july... is n"t that wonderful?

Three of my colleagues who has same designations what I've they got PR approved within 2-3 weeks after visa lodged.... the only difference is nominations submitted on 8 Jan 2015 and mine 11 march 2015.

Thts the problem,, from march what we hear is yhey have reached sm threshold or smthng .. God knows the truth.. But for sure the approvals have been slowed down drastically for aome reasn.. Well in yhat case its not ur fault,, it might again on fullswing from july.. U can be the first sm tyms

Is this the reason things have slowed down? My MA hasn't mentioned anything about this. I would have thought if a Case Officer had been assigned to your application then you are part of that years quota?

I think so.. Very rare pr approvals since last month.. Hope it might be be on full swing from july

It was lodged on the 31 March 2015 so it's been 3 months today. Just having a moan about the costs and how long it takes my MA told me they had reached the threshold this year though so I am just going to have to stick it out, I just need the weight of this 457 visa of my shoulders it's doing my head in.

i guess they might have reached threshold.. thts the reason they r sanctioning just nomination n not PR.. hope fully they will start the approval frm 1st july.. the nomination stands somwhr arnd 22nd march.. so u r not far..

We have lodged the nomination and visa application(Document ready) together on March 30, 2015. No updates from the Department. Just curious to know how the process works. Will I get a notification for nomination approval separately?

as per the present criteria , what i see is they take it seperately..if u r lucky.. nvr deny it..

March some where arnd 20 ..! U will have to wait atlst 2 mnths

My visa status say : Assessment in progress. And i dont think CO is assigned to my application yet...

So that means u r not reqstd any further docs .. Thts gd. I tght, the CO might open both the applications together..!!!

may be might have reached their quota or smthng .. Might sanction in july..

What does the visa status say? Have u been askd for more docs for visa? Whts ur visa status in the spplication portal?

update on this - I emailed the processing team, and received a reply to say my documents have been received and the case is due to be reprocessed next week. Status on account still says "Information requested". Fingers crossed!

In th the application portal , where exactly does it say information requsted?

can some body tell me ( may be screen shot) .. how does it appear on ur application portal if u r further reqsted for any docs?

I was requested the documents and submitted as well, ( My Employer was also requested some for Nomination ) . They are submitted and status says assessment in progress ...

My application has been submitted by my MA

in my application portal i see this statement in the supporting docs section

is this Normally there or its come up after Case officer requested for it. thank you.. can somebody chck thr portal and let me know?

ON your immi account there is a "Get health details" button. Click that and it will show your curent status. My status now says "Health requirement – health clearance provided – no action required" which means the doctor has submitted my medicals to the CO. You should be able to see when you click the health button??

i see that now.. yeah its cleared..
