I claimed 10points for employment but do not have any other way to prove except for the reference letter and the verification call to my boss who owns the company I've worked in for the last 8years. He pays us in cash and he confirmed this. I helped him set up and we started off just the two of s and now I have other staff I supervise. With no payslip, bank statements have very few mobile money transfers from my boss hence not consistent and tax returns have been manual in my country till now. What other evidence can I submit since I cannot trace my employment letter?

I am in the same predicament. Been with same employer for the entire 8years claimed for. A small company of 4, no pay slips issued and payments are done in cash and most of the entries on bank statement are not consistent. Could this be the reason for my delay (97days from lodgment with employment verification done 12th April and employer confirmed he pays cash). What other evidence can I give? Tax returns in my country are manually done. Please Help

Fingers crossed. If 60pointers for May are getting invites in November, then i should expect an invite in March/April 2016 since i submitted EOI on the 27th Sept!!!My ooh my

So just checked immi site and 2613 invites were up to 9th May....so what determines how long it takes for them to get to us who've just submitted in Sept, wait till Feb 2016?

Thanks Captain....managed to figure it out. Had captured employment that wasn't considered by ACS as skilled hence getting 15points instead of 10. Now the wait for an invitation since 2613 60pointers are so far up to 2nd May

What does this mean, Does the client meet the Australian study requirements for the Skilled Migration points test? Is it same as what our skill assessment letter says that "Your Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from .................... completed .......... has been assessed as comparable to an AQF Bachelor Degree with a major in computing." Can we say Yes to this question?

Thanks everyone for making this forum worthwhile. I saw CaptainC commenting on invitation rounds, my partners' profession is in the list of pro rata occupation (261312).old fro Does that mean if he scores 60points then we'll have a long wait? I've seen in some forums where some have been on hold from April 2015 yet on this forum some got invited in September from May. This is confusing, we started the process in April and awaiting English test results before submitting EOI. So lets see if i get this straight; 1. If we score 60 - wait up to 4months for invite 2. If we score 70 - wait for about a month or less depending on submission time 3. When we do get the invite and lodge application - 3-8months of waiting. Patience is all i need!!:cool:
