Thanks benthomas010. Unfortunately i have already uploaded the unsigned document. Can i go ahead and upload the signed and scanned copy mentioning the form name as 'Corrected Form 80'? I lodged my Visa application on 03rd November.

Few questions on form 80. Do we need to submit separate form 80 for all both main and dependent applicant? Also there are signatures required in the form. do we need to fill the form online, print it, sign it and upload after scanning the papers? can i leave expected travel date blank in the form? Thanks in advance.

I applied on 3rd November with no agent. Uploaded all docs except for 80. waiting for CO assignment or direct grant. is it mandatory to upload for 80 too?
