Hello all, I need some suggestion and advice. Briefly: Just to share with you, me and my wife were in Australia about 3 years for my study purpose. Then left Australia 2014 and last year I (only for me) applied for PR and granted 2015. Due to the financial support, I could not able to apply for my wife and child (my child born in Australia). I just landed Australia and come back again. Now, I am thinking to apply PR for my wife and child. And want to move Australia with my wife and child together. Q1. Which partner visa I can apply for my wife and child? Q2. Do I need to be in Australia before my wife and child PR application lodge? Q3. Or Can I apply for my wife and child PR application while I am outside of Australia? Q4. Any other option? please. Please advise me. I am thinking to move together with my wife and child to Australia. I can wait (if needed) until my wife and child application is being granted, if it is ok? then move there together. Many thanks

Hello, My PR application has been granted this year and I have already made my first entry to Australia and come out. Because, I am working in another country. I need some help regarding my PR status and Citizenship (if I am eligible). Q1. My PR is granted until January 2020. What will happen if I can not go Australia and stay there before January 2020? My PR status will remain or will be cancelled? Q2. Will my PR visa will extend another 5 years? If I want to go after 2020, is there any problem?or How to extend my PR status? Q3. Previously, I stayed Australia for approximately 4 years for study purpose. Now I am working in another country. To be eligible Citizenship, How long I have to stay with PR status in Australia? Q4. My previous stay in Australia will be count? or I have to start from the beginning for qualifying Citizenship? Thank you advance

Thank you all for giving very valuable advice. It seems to me that better to include the dependents by managing money? But, I have few more questions. 1. Firstly, if the Visa is granted is it mandatory that I have to be in Australia immediately with my dependents also??? Because, it is involve lot of money. unless I get a job. 2. Secondly, currently, my wife does not have English test yet, so can I include my wife??? is there any effect of my application if my wife does not meet English if I include as dependent??? or what is the procedure she does not meet English, please advise?? 3. Thirdly, our medical is done and already case officer is assigned. in this stage I can include my wife and child?? Many thanks

Hello, Thank you for your reply. Yes, my dependents are my wife and a child (just above 2 years age). So you are suggesting that I can apply for my wife and child after my visa is granted??? is that right??? Should not be a problem?? Again many thanks for your help

Hello, I have applied for 189 visa. but, I did not included my dependents as migrating with me in the applications at this stage due to the financial support. Although, they are considered as non-migrating dependent family members in my application. And, for medial, my dependent members also has done as advised by department (needed to do whether migrating or non migrating with primary applicants). Can I included my dependents later???? could you please advise me whether I can included them even after granting my visa????? Please advise. As I have provided all the necessary documents of my dependents to the department and medical also have done. Please advise. Many thanks
