Hey, we are in a similar boat although got 189 PR visa - I am a dentist 39 with 1yr old and we are on the Gold Coast atm validating our visa. It is amazing over here and have been offered a job in a small practice in the suburbs of brisbane. The main thing holding us back is family - i.e. grandparents not seeing as much of our little one. Any advice greatly appreciated - am glad to get out of the NHS tbh but it is a long way from home.

Woohoo grant today so happy!!! Lodged 23/3/15 but just had to share here as well! Good luck to everyone else waiting. xx

hey - we have delay email also - submitted visa on 23/3/15 CO allocated 21/5/15 and now got delay email. What happens if your occupation gets taken off the sol on 1st july? Does that mean that your visa application is rejected? And if so do you get a refund of visa fees? And can you apply for a different regional visa instead? Sorry for all the questions - its worrying me a bit as I am a flagged occupation. TIA Emma

seems a bit unfair - lodged visa application for 189 on 23rd March and there are people being granted who lodged a week after us - is it completely random to me and now saying they are full up?!? anyone know what the rules are on grants or co contact? doesn't seem to be in date order anyway not a happy bunny

just seen on visa tracker that someone has a grant from 21st march i.e. processed within 44 days!!!!!!! We lodged on 23rd so lots of nail biting here in our household can't wait!!
