I am a single mum to my 5 year old son and I moved to Oz in 2013. I was sponsored on a 457 visa and now live in Springfield Lakes, which is a thriving, family orientated area. There have been plenty of ups and downs, but I think it's important to allow plenty of time to settle in. At this stage, 2 years on, I am still uncertain as to whether the move was a good choice...
