I got visa 489 SA. I am planning to move next June 2015. I am confused about the process after landing SA. Do I need to make other documents after arrival or everything is going smoothly?? Can anyone tell me what are the most Important steps I should follow after arrival? Thanks

I received a visa 489 sponsored by South Australia. I checked visa condition, it says that: 8539 - While the visa holder is in Australia they cannot live, study or work outside of a regional or low growth metropolitan area. This means anywhere in Australia except in: Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong and the Central Coast in New South Wales Brisbane and the Gold Coast in Queensland Perth in Western Australia Melbourne in Victoria the Australian Capital Territory. I need to know if I have to stay only in SA or can I move to any area not listed above?

I applied for visa 489 SA in 18/09/2014 and till now I have not received anything about CO allocation. I want to know, will DIBP send me notification when CO is allocated to my case or not ?? Thanks

I applied for visa 489 and front loaded all the required documens PCC and medical examinations but I read that I need to submit form 80 and character-statutory-declaration also. Is it necessary to do them or it is not required for my visa type ?? Thanks

Thanks all. I found that there is a max limit for my bank so I had to use another visa card and finally I paid visa application. now in the process of uploading attachments

Do I need to have a credit card or visa rechargeable card is possible??

I went to the bank and they said my max is 3000 euros for that visa card

Hi. know that DIAC gives 60 days for applying visa I need to ask if this 60 days mean to ladge an application + paying the fees and uploading all documens including police certificates or it means only paying the fees and there will be an extension for uplaoding documents.? Thanks
