    Hi Daniel, tks for yr reply and u got the point. I am totally agreed with you. It's because the significant of reduction of visa places of this 115 class, and the Dept just ignore the situation we are facing. I prefer they let me know how long I have to wait from now on and Iet me make decision.

    Hi Daniel, If so, it doesn't make sense for asking us submit those medical check/non marriage supporting...etc which are valid one year only. When they requested me for further documents, they told me there is a visa place available!!!!!! I know there is a capping, and the reduction of visa places.Although I have paid AOS, maybe the waiting time for me is 6 years. Date Applied: 2010 year Date on queue: Feb 2011 Waiting time: 3 yrs + and counting..... citizen sponsor

    This is so annoying:dull: My family and I may going to give up this application as I can't see any process further in nearly future.

    yay, maybe few years waiting for the visa granted. my Co told me last time, there are many pending cases of 115 class.

    I see. I wonder they are going to proceed this 115 class visa at lower priority so any movement starts from Jan 2015 alike last year. p.s. please let us know if you have any news.

    Hi Sophia, My case is as same as yours. My QD is Feb 2011 & my application has been released for finalization last year. But since then I heard no reply from the department. I know somebody whose application lodged in year 09/10 is still pending. Would you ask your CO if they have visa places for the application lodged in yr 2011 this year? My CO has changed the job position and I don't know who is my co at the moment.

    the earliest to know any vacancy of visa place in this year is around 10 July....truly hope that there are some gd news here everybody~
