Hey mpt, Very happy to say tht I got my grant yesterday... But now one confusion is can i take the appointment of the health department for the check up since i have signed an health undertaking.. I will be only for a week in australia in Oct end..I will be making my final move later.. That one week will be very short time to book an appt..So is it possible for me to make an appt from here..Can u let me know the link where i can find the contact details of the Health Department.. Thank you for your help.. Regards.

Hey , Hey thank you...Yes they give one year from the PCC and Medicals.. But i had some past medical issues so was told to sign an Health Undertaking..and need to make my first entry before that .. All the best to you.

Hey i did it myself..did not go through an agent.. DIBP i contacted after i was allocated a case officer to know the status of my additional document attached.. After the case officer is allocated, in the mail we receive the contact details of that particular team.. Suppose u do not have a CO yet then u can contact DIBP directly through the number which is given on their website..But it has a long hold time..The hold time is less when u get a CO as the contact number u get is direct.. Hey all, Happy to say that I received the Grant mail Today morning IST 7 am.. Lodged the Visa on 3rd june, All documents Frontloaded, CO allocated 3rd Sept, asked for Health Undertaking to be signed. Submitted the Undertaking on 4th September, Called DIBP today morning at 6 am IST and received the Grant mail at 7am First entry to be made before 11 Dec 2014.. One milestone crossed ,now planning for the next.. All the best to all of them.. Thank you very much for each and every person on the forum who helped to keep everyone updated..

One more day without any mail.. i just like going to sleep and wake up after a week to check may mailbox.. DIBP has said they will finalize in 7-10 days, tomorrow will be the 7th day..i hope i get the mail before the weekend

Hey..this wait is too long...really frustrating.. Uploaded the Health Undertaking on 4th September... Knowing that we are almost there but waiting for the official confirmation as you never know how things can be unpredictable.. Checking the mails every now and then .. Keeping the fingers crossed.. all the best to all of us...

Hey, yes some have got the visa immediately after submitting the form ,but it all depends on how much cases the CO is handling.. Yes it is much better scenario then before where we had no idea what is going on with our application...Now atleast we know our application status... Does anyone with their experience tell me, 'Is it that DIBP sends Grant letters only in their morning time... Do they have a particular time slot wherein they do this?' I am asking this so that i STOP checking the mail the whole day again and again..:err: i have read ppl referring about the letters in the morining .. All the Best to all of Us.. Regards..

Hey, I have uploaded the form 815 on 4th sept.. GSM Brisbane team 33 Had contacted them today morining.They said the they have lots of emails so will be finalizing our case in 7-10 days.. Fingers crossed take care

I signed Health Undertaking on 4th Sept..Health Undertaking is submitted so should i consider this as a grant? because they have said that i need to make my first entry before 11 Dec 2014...But the submitted documents status is still 'Required'.. Hey , i dont know if you are checking the forum recently.. Had a question..how long after the submission of the Health undertaking did you get a Grant from DIBP? I am in the same boat you were before. i have submitted the undertaking a week ago..Deaparately waiting for their reply.. Regards..

Hello NSB, Had called DIBP three weeks ago..according to them the case officer was allocated and was working on my case..Then received an email on 3rd Sept asking for Health Undertaking to be signed. The same was done and uploaded on 4th sept.. Now waiting for their reply...Case officer did not contact us..it was just a mail from dibp for the form 815.. regards..

One week since i have signed and submitted the health undertaking....Still the status says ,'Required'..when will it happen? just waiting waiting... regards, Swavik Visa lodged 3rd June...all documents front loaded and Health Undertaking submitted on 4th Sept...
