Hi Everyone, Thank You. This forum had been really helpful to me. I am planning to make a first entry to Australia in the month of December. DIBP had given me 9 months to make first entry. It was a direct grant for me. I had not received any email from any case officer before the grant. So everyone who had front loaded all the documents can expect grant anytime. There was no verification call for me. Anyone who wants to ask me anything are most welcome.

Congrants for getting the visa and thanks for providing the details. I am eagerly waiting for the case officer to be assigned or the direct grant. Eaeatch day passes with great difficulty. Every saturday I will think may be next week I will hear something from the immigration department. Congrants for all those who got the visa and all the best to all those who are waiting

Hi Ceddy, Congratulations. Can you please let me know whether you were informed that the case officer is assigned or all of a sudden you have received an email with visa grant. Do they asked for additional documents. By the way you applied for PR from which country. Have you submitted the bank statements if so for how many months. Thank You

I have lodged for 189 visa as Software Engineer on 11 June 2014. Front Loaded all the documents. Still no signs of case officer. I check my email atleast four times a day. Waiting time is killing me

Hi Everyone, Even I have applied for the visa on 10th June 2014. Exactly one month from now. No signs of case officer. I am working in Dubai. I have submitted all the documents including PCC from my home country and also from Dubai both for me and my spouse. Also submitted form 80 for self and spouse. Medicals done on 21st June 2014. Fingers Crossed !!!!!! Everyone keep updating the status of your application.

Hi Bondminh, All the best. Hope everything goes fine. Anyway it dosent matter whether you are working on the nominated one or not. Your positive assessment is more than enough. Even if unemployed no problem. I am working in Dubai. In which country you are working.

Hi Swavik There is no sequence for the allocation of case officer. It all depends on case to case basis. Lets keep our fingers crossed.

Hi Bondminh, 1. One of the immigration cosultant told me that Exp Letter + Pay Slips should be enough 2. Have you not front loaded your experience letter and pay slips 3. Have you applied for 190 visa why they are asking for bank statement. How many months bank statements did she asked. Did she specified the number of months. All the best. Give us good news.

I applied for 189 visa on 11th June 2014 but still no case officer allocated. I am really happy to hear that a case officer has been allocated for your case. Hope you will the visa soon. How did you come to know that a case officer is allocated. Did you received an email from them. What additional documents for experience he/she asked for.

Even for me it is showing "No health examinations are required for this person for this visa subclass based on the information provided to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection." But status is still recommended and not received

If you login on emedical client website https://www.emedical.immi.gov.au/eMedUI/eMedicalClient using your HAP ID it shows you as submitted to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP). But if you login to skillselect website it will still show you as recommended.So one of the migration consultant told me that once the case officer is assigned it will change the status to received and also he will send an email.

As far as I know if the status of the Medicals is changed to received then it means case officer is alloted.

IELTS 15/2/14 L 8, R 8, W 8.5, S 8 Skill Assessment sent 19/3/14, acknowledged 19/3/14. POSITIVE 13/5/14! . EOI for 189 visa submitted:14/5/14, invite to apply:26/5/14. Lodged:11/6/14 (PCC Front Loaded) Medicals:21/6/14. Still no case officer alloted. I am working in Dubai and lodged application from Dubai. Anyone lodged application from dubai and got the case officer alloted
