Amir - I applied for the 457 on the 3rd of July and had my medical and documents already completed, My Nomination was approved very quick but on the 6th of August I was asked for additional Medical information, At this point they have not even review the new information that I supplied on the 7th of August, Apparently the Case Officer can not find out when the medical office will look and approve, I was told that the case officer is ready to provide a decision once we have medical clearance. not sure I answer your question though

Guy's Just and FYI, I called the ESC (European Service Centre) yesterday, They where really helpful in telling me that my application was being assessed and they did not need any additional information or documents from me, She could not tell me when the assessment would be complete but knowing they have what they need was good, maybe worth a try if you are unsure, the numbers are under the contact us section of the immi web page. Yeah they spent the entire month of June prepairing, they uploaded a lot of different things to prove she is dependant and in education, they said their internal review suggested that it is decission ready and should be more than enough to satisfy them, I just wish I would know one way or another as its been 5 days since the nomination was approved Mark

Awesome news!! - I hope that I am only a few days behind you, but I noticed my agent is on leave now so if he gets a mail im not sure I will see it, Did you notice if the online system updated ?

Hey Guys I asked my agent for my specific dates and it seems my application and nomination went in together, Below are the current dates Date nomination applied 3 July 2014 · Date Visa Application Applied 3 July 2014 Date nomination Approved 23 July 2014 I hope the Visa Application is soon but I have 5 dependant Children and 1 is over 18 so that may delay it a little.

I beleive mine was done prior to my application, My agent is working on it directly with my new employer. Lyndsey did yours all go in at the same time? Not sure one way is quicker than another at this point.

Thanks Lynsey, I was counting the days and thought you may have had something today, Im sure it will be this week......or at least I hope so. I moved out my house on Friday so in Temp accomidation until it comes in Mark
