Doc 1976

Guys, another April 190 grant today, we got the message this morning so totally delighted, relieved, proud, excited and slightly anxious as well!! for those waiting it is clearly moving pretty quickly now. We did not phone CO to chase an update but did send an e mail to her address offering any assistance we could etc. We are permanent residents of Australia at last!!!! Good od luck everyone, we know how anxious a time it can be.:laugh:

Got co allocated today. Adelaide team 6. Time to crack on with pcc and medicals. Seems to be a lot of movement generally now with sec 190 visas.

I chased my agent the other day and he says that 190 quotas have now been met for this program year. My take is that nobody will now be allocated a CO until start of July. It's only a few weeks ago so no real panic. It is frustrating the wait, everything takes ages. Hopefully they are still administrating and looking at files etc in the meantime. At least we are in the system and hopefully they will come out of the blocks quickly in July. Hopefully look back back at this in a few years, enjoying a glass of red in oz and think it was all worth it!!!!:cool:

First post from me ever on these forums so thought I needed to step up! Received SA SS start of April and 190 visa lodged 15 April. No emails or co as yet. From this and other forums, get the very strong impression that it will be at least July before any movement now. Waiting for medicals and PCc just now as these are fairly straight forward with minimal waiting list etc. Don't want to start the clock re entrance times just yet. Like some wise fella once said, anything good is always worth waiting for....... Good luck to all others in the same boat.
