Good Day All My query for 489 family sponsorship is that have my first cousin who happens to be an Australian citizen used to live in Melbourne but have temporary moved to India.As I received an invitation for my E.O.I for 489 visa can I use my this sister details or has it to be a relation being Australian citizen but also living in Australia can sponsor me for 489 visa. Where unable to understand which is correct that only Australian citizen and living in Australia can only sponsor me or as in the case can my sister sponsor me despite being citizen of Australia but she been living in India for last 4 years. thanks

Good Day Seniors , I have a query, despite the occupation has been removed but using the assessment letter from AMSA can that be used to obtain 489 family sponsor visa or will that to will not be possible.

Marine8611 , where has it been answered wanted to know on the issue of PCC . Do i have to just apply from India only or also from the country where my CoC has been issued . and if on this forum had his CoC from UK did he was also required to have PCC from them or just the country of living if different from UK.

i am going nuts firstly wanted to go to launcheston to study and give orals there but heard from a friend to go to sydney as devonport surveyor for deck is bad and nasty i want to go where can get help and prepare and sit for orlas pls all who have been guide where the surveyor is good and do not take orals just to fail for immigration.

Good day all, I wanted to know that I am holding Master's CoC from UK, and as per Indian government if done holding Master coc then Mumbai University gives you a certificate of Bachelors degree should i send that letter also for assessment . As forgot to send this letter earlier and had my assessment done and received a letter from AMSA tto come for orals should i show them when i go to Australia or should i send them now and will i have to pay in again. Secondly as someone mentioned that he got 10 years experience as he had done his second mates then so for that too shall i send again as had in mind as applying for masters orals need to send all documents related masters and not from the beginning. Pls guide
