Hi there, My husband will be filling out TRA skills assessment application form this weekend and I just wanted to know if there is any tips that people can suggest or do's and dont's we are applying for the skills independent permanent visa (subclass 189) and my husband is a fibrous plasterer many thanks

Hi there, We are also applying for the same visa... I believe the stages are as follows: stage 1: complete skills assessment stage 2: once a positive result is received you will then submit an expression of interest through skillselect stage 3: you will then be issued an invitation to apply (ITA) stage 4: log on to DIPB where you submit your final complete application to be approved by DIPB so your visa can be granted can take up to 12months.
