My employer is still waiting for their 'finalisation' to be received of the nomination submitted for my 187 RSMS visa, but because I only have 2 weeks left that I am able to work for my employer of the 6 months allowed on my WHV i am having to submit my application now to ensure I get the form in on time to request permission to continue working for my employer past the 6 months. (states you need to do this at least 2 weeks before your employment has to cease, and that you need to submit your visa application before you request to extend employment)
I thought i had all my documents, but now I'm not sure. I have a certified copy of my birth certificate & passport, UK & Australia police checks, form 80, CV and online application completed & ready to go. What I'm now unsure of is do I need to include previous employer references and qualification certificates?? If I do, and as I don't have these to hand, if I submit without these is it likely to be rejected? Or will they ask for them at a later date if requested?
Definitely going into panic mode now- any help or previous experience stories much appreciated!
