I do have a TRN as it was on the payment receipt that the migration agent provided me with. I can't log in to see the status of the application as the migration agent has all the account details.

My employer submitted their nomination and my visa at the same time on 21/03/2014 and we have not heard anything yet. The migration agent has advised that all we can do it wait. Sometimes they are quick and other times they take a lot longer.

For my 457 visa .. My sponsorship is already approved ...

on 7 th April my lawyer has submitted application for nomination/visa .. But till now i havent got anything yet ..

He says to wait..

Any idea guys of getting delays ...

Someone is also waiting for response of their application...

I asked for for trn number but lawyer said nothing got at the moment ...

For 457 visa ..i have to fill 1066 form . .my lawyer is in aust and i m in india

I got couple of questions .: -

1-how would i know the correct and current version of application form. 1066

2-they asked for passport size photograph , should i stick and get colored scan.

Guys long public holiday's are coming in Australia.

I have applied 457 visa... sponsor application was submitted on 3rd march till now no result. .

Co is already allocated . Had an interview with employer. Co asked for few supporting docs. Already submitted.but no response yet..

I have submitted my sponsor application only ..on 3rd march ..co is allocated .. And he called to company owner to enquire everything . I. M still waiting for sponsor approval....

I have hired agent and nomination and visa aaplicatin is still pending..

Anyone else also facing this situation

On the top this weekend kills ...

Apart from all visa matter .

How many cases on average does one case officer handle at one time.

Its nothing to do with any case It was just strike in my mind .

May be some people will find this question silly.

But I just got this thought in my mind so I shared with u guys.

Sharing my ongoing experience for 457 visa appliaction.

Recently i have lodged 457 visa application,.. at the moment only sponsorship application is lodged below is my timeline.

I have read so many stories about this 457 processing . Some took 2 weeks and some 2months . Since the day my agent has lodged the application . I m loosing patience to get the final result.

i CANNOT see online status as sponsorship application is lodged by my company immi account. So frustrating both agent and company is in sydney i m in india . .

Let see what will happen. Further i have to email my agent to ask for status ..

457 visa -independent .

Sponsorship application lodged on --3-march 2014

case officer allocated --11-march -2014

still......more to go ....

Any experiences who have recently lodged application.......cheers
