I have my grandmother living in WA and I would like to visit her during summer. Probably I will be working as well in some non-professional job. Is it possible? Is there any penalty?Do I have to notify this to somebody?I would to do everything properly.

  7. Hi! I know that in this forum this issue is common buy I would like to know about personal experiences related to what is happening to me. I am about to get the 190 SA. We really want to live in this Satate. However, we have a relative living in Perth with some medical issues. So, before going to Adelaide (SA) we will need to be at least 2 months in WA. I would like to know if there is any inconvenient working in something temporary for about 2 months whilst Im in WA. I dont really know the terms and conditions of the visa 190. Could you help me out with this??? Thanks!
  8. Hi, My name is Bernardo. I am about to receive the nomination for SA. After that I will have to wait about 3 months to receive the grant visa. I want to know if there is any way to make things faster since I have my grandmother under a serious medical treatment. Even though she lives in WA and I am going to SA for working reason it would be very helpful for me to have everything granted in the shor term. I want to know if anyone know about the chance of sending all the information with a medical letter stating the importance for my grandmother of having a family member with her at this time. Thank you very much and I if you know any alternative I would be glad to know about it. Thanks! Bernardo
  9. That´s good!Congrats! What are your plans for you visa? Things this are even better than during 2013-2014. NSW (190), SA (190), QL (489) are our main options if we do not qualify for the 189. I asked for nomination in SA about a week ago. Waiting for a response. Good luck with the next steps and lets be in contacts! Saludos! Bernardo
  10. Im about to apply for a visa to Australia. I have two main alternatives 1)190 to SA 2)489 to Qland! Ive already have everything! But I would like to know the benefits and drawbacks!!! Thank you very much!
  11. Hi!I am about to fill the form for the EOI of NT! I need some help on this! Evidence that you have undertaken detailed research into living and working in the NT that demonstrates you have a realistic knowledge of the environment you are planning on migrating to including climate, relocation costs, living expenses (for example, food, utilities, rent), and accommodation costs to settle in the NT. (This evidence should include a narrative explaining your reasons for wanting to migrate to the NT. Extracts from websites that are copied and pasted into your submission will not be accepted). Is there anyone that could provide some information about the cost of living of NT/Alice Springs or any other city!!! Please! It would be really helpful for me!!
  12. Thenks Dewi! Do you know about someonw who received the 190 visa having neither contacts/relatives living in NT nor job contract?????
  13. Hi! Yes it is true what you say. The problem is that I am not able to achieve the 60 points for the 189. In order to get it Ive to wait till March 2015 to have 3 years of working experience or sit for the IELTS again and get 8 in each band. I have the alternative of a 190 for NT but Im really interested in WA cause my relatives are living there. My occupation is in the SOL list. So your news are positive! Do you know how long they are taking for this Visa? They are a few available?Even though I would like to go to Perth I really dont want to wait so much!I want to leave Argentina right now! Again, thanks! Bernardo
  14. Ozmaniac ive got a question for you: My occupation does appear in the SOL list and in the CSOL list but it doesnt appear in the WASOL list (list of WA) where i would like to go. My grandmother lives there and could be my sponsor for the 489. I sent an email to WA migartion office telling me my situation and this was their answer: Dear Mr Bernardo Your occupation Welfare Care Manager (ANZSCO 134214) has not been included in the Western Australian Skilled Migration Occupation List (WASMOL) in the last 4 years. - However, as your occupation is included on the Australian Skilled Occupation List (SOL), you may wish to consider the Skilled Independent visa (subclass 189) – http://www.immi.gov.au/Visas/Pages/189.aspx - The Family sponsored Skilled Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 489) may also be suitable if your grandmother is willing to sponsor you – According to this I m suitable for the 489 Family Sponsor visa. But I do not know if they are omitting to mention that my occupation must appear on their list... Do you know if that is a requisite???? Thank you!!!! Bernardo
  15. Mpatel!I have a question for you. I am in the process of moving to Australia. And I have a doubt: The other day I receive this email of WA Dear Mr Bernardo Your occupation Welfare Care Manager (ANZSCO 134214) has not been included in the Western Australian Skilled Migration Occupation List (WASMOL) in the last 4 years. However, as your occupation is included on the Australian Skilled Occupation List (SOL), you may wish to consider the Skilled Independent visa (subclass 189) – http://www.immi.gov.au/Visas/Pages/189.aspx The Family sponsored Skilled Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 489) may also be suitable if your grandmother is willing to sponsor you –http://www.immi.gov.au/Visas/Pages/489.aspx . While State nominated 489 visa holders are not able to live or work in Perth, Family sponsored 489 visa holders are able to live and work in Perth. My doubt is the following: does my occupation need to be in WA lists???Because in this email they are not mentioning this. My occupation appears in SOL, CSOL but not in WASOL..... You understand what I mean? They are telling me that 489 Family sponsor visa is suitable for me whilst my occupation is not appearing in their lists... Thanks and I look forward to your response, Bernardo
