Hi Im looking for any information on St Helen Park, NSW. Ive noticed the rentals are cheaper here than other suburbs. I saw a four bed house with pool for $420 p/w. I was wondering whether there is a reason for this. Is it a rough neighbourhood? ive tried on the usual search engines but found very little info.

Hi Im moving to Sydney in September. Im a Carpenter. I know there will be differences between Perth and Sydney but how is the work situation? is there plenty of it or is it a struggle?

Hi Im moving over to Sydney in September and initially il be staying in Parramatta. Ive got my 189 and im trying to find work before i arrive. Il have my own tools, Ute and White card when i get there. Ideally i would like to work and live outside of Sydney (preferably near the coast) but anywhere in NSW will do. If anyone can help or has any contacts or is looking to employ a carpenter in September please let me know. thanks greg
