hey first of all i am thankful to all those who r reading this post i will keep my story short i come back from australia while was on temporay visa there due to sickness of my father i being his carer while i come back i was granted PR visa with a must entry date which i missed due to my mother paralysis and i could leave my mother alone now my PR visa is cancelled i applied for revoke this decsion but they didnt now i want to go to australia to see some of my Good friends there so is it right for me at this time to apply for toursit visa to australia? will my my previous cancellation of visa will affect my this application? thanks for yours time hope to get good suggestion from you

hey i want to apply for visa 189 but i dont know the whole process and i need guidance how to start let me tell yu about my self i have M.sc in chemistry and i am teaching in an institute for the last 7 years i have two proffessions one as a secondry school teacher 2) chemist both my professions are present in the SOL but i dnt know for which one to apply for teacher i have start teaching when i pass grade 12 in a private school and i got my masters in 2011 now as a teacher i have 6 pre qualification experience and 2 years post qualification experience so i am confused what if i do my assessement will they take my pre qualification i means before master degree experience into account or what? please clear this point and if i apply for as a chemist i have 2 years of experience as a chemist which i secured after my master degree so please make this clear which one i should apply other then this my wife is a primary school teacher and she have the same experience like me how we start our process do we first need to take IELTS? do we both need to take IELTS or just me? do we both need to send our documents for assesement? or just the main applicant only? do we need to send our documents to separate agency for assesement to the same i means send our both educational and experience documents , i am not sure wether the agency asssessing our doucmment for education will also asses our documents for our skills or it will be done by different agencies how much will it cost us for our assessement thanks for yours time please give an idea about the process thanks

Dear members this morning i get a sad email from immigration of notification of cancellation of my spouse visa Bc 100.MIGRATION ACT 1958 - SECT 128 Cancellation of visas of people outside Australia. as the circumstances under which the visa was granted no longer exists any more, i have been given some days to reply and comment on this cancellation can any one guide me how i prepare a best application and possible revoke my visa. does any one have this thing happend ever? can some one send me a sample of such application any help from the members will be greatly appreciated. i am totally shocked with this news from immigration please dont refere migration agents to me as they are demanding high fees
