I have just received an email response from the Immi centre Perth Good Afternoon Thank you for your email. As you may be aware we currently have a backlog in lodged applications and are assessing applications lodged on the 19 July 2013. At this stage we are currently unable to give you an exact time for allocation. As we are currently inundated with lodgements and priority requests we are currently unable to offer priority on cases lodged. We appreciate your patience and understanding with this matter and endeavour to clear up the backlog as soon as operationally possible.

Unbelievable, have you had no response at all? We were advised 6-8 weeks which you sort of get your hopes up for. Fingers crossed u should here any time now

Hi, our application was lodged on 28/7. There has been no update on our application since that date. The last message simply says 28/7 health requirements finalised. Not sure if it has even picked picked up by a CO yet. My MA has no further information. Massively frustrating.
