Hi, I've leased a car from Audi for over 2 years in my own name and have the option to buy it but not in my name as is usual with lease cars. If my wife bought it would it count as us 'owning' it for over 12 months for import purposes? The car is a 2011 Audi A6 Avant with about 26,000 miles if that has any bearing on it. many thanks
