Thanks all! I have the required qualifications/skills but just cannot find ANY jobs and ACT is the only state sponsoring my occupation there's plenty of legal office, paralegal jobs but nothing specifically advertised for legal executive and I have to have evidence of at least 5 vacancies so it looks like the dream is over i currently specialise in family specifically child protection work which is all legally funded by the state but the way the Tories are going cutting back legal aid I'm not sure ill have a job at all

After being told that I am eligible for 190 state sponsorship for ACT as my occupation is on the SOL list now i can't find the required 5 job vacancies that are required for state sponsorship for love nor money! If I can't go for the 190 anybody have any ideas as to what other options may be available ? All advice will be greatly appreciated!!!

Do not touch them with a barge pole! I am currently fighting with them to refund money paid upfront (stupidly!). They have told me that I'm eligible for a visa that I'm not and messed up with VETASSESS too and you can never get hold of your caseworker - I had 3 in less than 3 months. My advice is stick with who others recommend like the emigration group/go Matilda and GOOD LUCK!!!

Hi all I am hoping (and praying) somebody can help me ! Currently in the process of applying for a 190 for ACT. My occupation of Legal Executive is only on the ACT list yet despite extensive googling I can't find any job vacancies and I need to have at least 5 to apply. Can anybody give me any tips/guidance before I have a nervous breakdown?!!!!
