  1. Hi , My wife and I have talked about emigrating for a while now we would be going out on my job (diesel mechanic) our biggest worry is money if we can afford to do it or not we have around ten thousand savings but worried that as it would get us across there that we wouldn't have much left, have others found that that have needed a lot for when they 1st get a cross ? What would other people opinions be on how much would be best to go with we have 3 children too age 10, 6 and 5 and I heard you have to pay for some school depending on where you go, and is there some thing similar to the nhs across there or do you have to pay for that yourself. I had all different story's and not sure which to believe and don't know any one over there to find these things out any advise would be really appreciated Thank you

Hi, has any one used Global Visas ? if so what has your experience been like ? Thanks
  4. Hi all, is anyone in the process of applying for a Permanent Residency 189 visa? How long roughly from start to finish?
  5. Hi Welder, We think the 457 will be easier because of having to have a job offer from an employer before the visa process can go through. After 2 years (I think) the process of applying for a permanent residency visa can the be started. Having said that we are in the first stage & still looking for the best way to approach the move, so any ideas would be greatly took on board. Good look with the birth.
  6. Hi all, Just introducing ourselves, we are a family with 3 young children who are at the first stage of a move to Australia. Not entirely sure where to go yet. Just weighing up the pros & cons of using a management company or going for the cheaper option. I am a HGV Technician or a Diesel Mechanic as were called in Australia & my wife is a registered child minder, we are looking to use my trade to get accross on a 457 sponsored visa. Would greatly appreciate any tips or ideas from you guys that are doing or have done the move & hope to speak to some of you soon. Thanks
  7. Hi, Has anyone used the "Live the Dream" management company, we are not sure if to use them or not due to the costs involved and any feed back would be great. Also is it easy to do it all yourself once you have an employer to sponsor you for a 457 visa? Thanks
  8. Hi, Was wondering if any one knows if its true that parents who are on a work sponsored visas have to pay school fees,if so how much is it ? someone else has said there is only a set fee for every one who goes to school not just working sponsored visa's Thanks
