However, you may call and ask from the immigration department too: Children Joint business venture Joint ownership of any tanglible asset e.g. car, house etc Sharing of responsibilities at home e.g. shopping for groceries, cleaning, cooking, looking after children etc

Hi Shaizi My rukhsati happened after my 309 spouse visa was granted. We did not show them as if the consummation of marriage did not happen.

Hi Henry You may prove your relationship by providing the copy of wedding invitation card, your wedding pictures, skype chats, your telephone bill (showing that you have made calls to your spouse from Australia), your pictures with family and friends at get-togethers, if you guys went for honeymoon then its tickets should be enough too. Regarding the household bills, if your partner is living at your parents place and you have mentioned the same address in the form then you may attach the copies of the bill in the name of head of the family. I got my Visa Grant Notice Alhumdu Lillah! It was granted on 28th August 2013.

Hopefully No because my case officer told me a week ago that my visa has been granted and the visa letter will be issued to me via email in 3-4 days In Shaa Allah. Let's see!

Hi, First I used to call AHC (ISB) but later I started emailing them. Last week I asked my husband to email AHC (ISB) to put a pressure on them. So he emailed but they replied that he's not authorised to receive updates about his wife's application process. I want to know ho did you manage to get updates about your wife's application process through email? Has your wife received her visa letter? Regards, ferrous
