Hey Immotech am still here. Was busy earlier with sending docs through then had a kot of work to finish before easter now free today. Heading gold coast tomorow. But thanks all for support once again congrats benny.

Jusy to give everyone headsup if ypur employer has not submitted a detailed letter do so chances are they will ask.

People travelling overseas from 22-25 March and 27 March-7 April are being urged to arrive at the airport early as there will be delays due to protected industrial action by employees of the Department of Immigration and Border Protection, including the Australian Border Force (ABF).

 

The Department has been advised that some employees, who are members of the Community and Public Sector Union (CPSU), will take part in significant action at international airports, ports, container examination facilities, client services and visa processing sections and international mail facilities.

Does your application get allocated to the team in which state you are applying to ? EG. our sponsor is in NSW, would ours automatically get allocated to that team?

Hi yea it has a co and been requested docs and have submitted em so waiting. I guess easter will delay it.

Hi everyone, just got the most awaited email from MA . Got PR granted today at 10.12 am. Have been through all the ups and downs with my family. almost a decade have passed of my life. Journey was started in 2008 came with my husband and my son in my arms who now reached my shoulder. Took so long 7yrs and 7 months. Thankyou sooo much for all the support I have received from each and every person of this forum thankyou for the encouraging word and a word of comfort whenever I was in need. I will always pray for such good people who always support each other in this forum. Never thought I will see a platform like this where the people are so selfless give good advice and are so happy for others success. Thankyou soo much from me and my husband and my 2 kids. May all be blessed with this happy moment which I have received just now. I couldn't thankyou all enough.

hey guys. Hope someone can answer my question! Thanks in advance. My agent emailed back to COs after requesting docs by COs on Feb 15, with docs attached. That was 18th,Feb. then I realize she is not updating immi account. She said emailing works the same. Is this true? I got anxious as no one relied email since then, I uploaded those files in immiaccount on the 10 March just before 28 days expires and clicked information provided. will the cos put me in a quene according to the emailing date or immiaccount date? I viewed previous post, someone said the earlier docs provided, shorter the waiting time is. Anyone could help me?

Though m not too sure as there is not much consistency however loading via immi account is best. As you are covered in case case officer misses to check email or it lands somewhere else. But not sure about waiting time after submission however you can exoect an answer within 28 days from docs requested

What docs were requested from you i was requested docs as well.

However payg was already submitted wen we lodge application!

Don't need to send all! Just any 2 you can choose!!

Yea kòol they asked for either BAS, p/l statements,contracts , or anytbing to prove business still operating in last 6 months.

So sending mostly what they asked to make them happy.

Sometime i get soooo tensed as waiting for last 7 month

Been on 457 for 4 1/2 years as my husband is aged 50 plus

 

visa application 28 September 2015

 

medicals submitted. September 2015

Status now - nom and visa granted 14 March 2016

Where do you live though nsw or other state

Understood, case officers asked me training documents includes three years financial report.

Detailed statement from employers, PAYG, NOA, leave record. Very similar to yours, I think that's quite common documents. Don't worry.

Nsw. And urs. Im asked for training document for 12-13 my business was sponsor in 12 -13 but my 457 was approved in sep so they after that particular years training evidence we have that with the lawyer i told her at the start to attach it he said we will not need as we o ly need to provide for 2 years worked. But see now wait for attaching and sending all that drama.

I think that's normal to ask for updated PAYG, NOA and detailed statement fro m employers. But I don't know why they ask for advertisement...if someone is working for those position more than 2 years...why the employer need to ad...

They didn't specifically asked for adv they just need evidence to prove am getting paid similar to aus citizen being paid for similar role. So basically advertising, pay rate data,Australian bureau of statistics etc. Will form the evidence.

Because am the only employee in the office. Rest all are directors. Now they said on request they want to make sure that am getting salary equivalent to any other aus citizen basically to provr am not getting underpaid

for what i have heared，sometimes，already submited files got clapsed，then co would ask to submit agagin. as long as your employment is genuine，you shoudnt worry too much.

 

I was asked about my police check，which i uploaded a long time ago.

Oh yea everything is genuine. Its just that looking at my friends benny and others waiting i just dont want to wait another 28 days.

Documents are no issues we can send tomorrow hopefully

They requested same documents to me in Jan 16 and after 1 month office visit and now no news . they are sleeping in my case . I wish every one get through very soon. now Waiting time is normal for me I don't know when they gonna take decision. Good luck mate !!
