Dear friends, I have lodged 189 visa on 18th September.I am wondering whether I need to upload form 80 and 1021 while attaching the documents. Orelse it needs to be attached as it is requested by case officer.Kindly clarify my doubts I launched my visa before medicals .Now I don't have hap id to do the medicals.I enquired customer care people and tried my health declarations.I got the referral letter but it doesn't contains any hap id number.Please anyone advice how to do the medicals in Australia.

Hi everyone. I have both Ind and Aus PCC but when I upload my pcc Indian pcc only updated. I confused with diac requirements. 1)) they need both pcc or not? 2) if they need both how long valid for Aus pcc ( it was taken in April 2013) ?
