Thanks for your reply only thing im doing just now is trying to sell the house as market in UK very slow. If it doesnt work out i buy a new one. As for kids they r in school till just before we r on the plane!! (Hopefully!)

Thanks yes i have but as we have 2 kids that we are relocating etc we wanted to be sure especially before we sell our house!! I have a sponsor so once the process is started apparently it can be quick for the skilled visa to go thro! Its a big risk but the rewards r immense!!

Hi I am hoping to immigrate in sept/oct i have a sponsor however when my husband who is obviously coming too along with my 2 kids however my husband has 4 criminal convictions 1 assault 1 breach of the peace (3 months in prison was the sentance) and 2 possessions off drugs which he received a fine for all except the breach of the peace. This all happened between 15 and 17 years ago when he was in his early twenties and he has never been in trouble since. Usual he got in with the wrong crowd and now we are worried it is going to come back stop our dream move. Does anyone have any idea if this would affect the visa!! Plz help ?

Thanks guys it makes me really mad because the new qualification that replaced the nneb and their students i train get assessed at the level above me!! My australian dream is getting further in the distance!! Have a good day all

I used the local JP at the local court they do it for nothing in Scotland.

I am a qualified Nursery Nurse with an NNEB but the current qualification in the Uk is an HNC and AEI NOOSR have assessed me at level 4 where as the current qualification gets assessed as a level 5. Despite the fact that I train the current students my qualification is regarded as lower than theirs! Any help from anyone who has had problems getting older qualification assessed properly I would appreciate their help. I have a job, sponser and my house has sold but without getting my assessment sorted my new life might fall apart!!
