  1. Today my lawyer ask my employer to renew or updated my contract..
  2. Yeah..I know..It is so frustrating. But It might be because now is close to the end of financial year and the quota for 2012/2013 has been fulfilled. So, Don't expect too much to get the visa in this month. Hope, in the next of financial year we will grant visa soon.

  4. Hi all.. I am bit worry about my case..I have applied for 187 visa on Dec 5th 2012. In that time, I have been working for 6 month with my employer. My first contract is actually only one year up to June 2012. Because this position is permanent position, but I can't be offered as permanent employee before I gate PR. However, since They were wiling to sponsored me, My employer extended my contract up to 2 years ( up to June to fulfill 187 visa requirement, regardless of when i will grant my PR (Who will know about the time when i grant my Visa).. now, time was running, and my contract is less than 2 years since 6 of June 2013..I am bit worry, because the requirement from immigration regarding to employee contract is at least 2 years after visa is granted
  5. In may case, my CO send my lawyer an email, asking about some documents, and the end of the email, He/She ( I didn't know) putted his signature mentioned about his name as his title as Case Officer
  6. OMG...so, after got CO, you didn't hear anything even after 1 year?How frustrating waiting for so long...I am looking at my email every hours, hope there is any good news for my visa..couldn't imagine if I should waiting up to next 12 months:arghh:

  8. As in dependent visa, you are not eligible for apply other visa as main applicant. But if you are in 457 visa now, I think you can apply for 187 rsms visa..

  11. I am not sure as well for this new policy, However, my lawyer ask for my working experience last week. I don't know what for, because i applied everything through my lawyer
  12. But if our mrt has been refused, can we apply for any onshore visa? I don't think so..We must apply it offshore..

  14. Hi I got sponsorship from NT Employer. I have completed my study in Darwin as well. my time line : My lawyer applied RCB, Employer nomination and my visa application together On Dec 5 2012. I have completed all documents required by immigration. I got Case Office on 22 May 2013, but She asked about documents again such my contract, my ielts test etc. I didn't know why She asked me again. i am so worry.
