Hi all..
I am bit worry about my case..I have applied for 187 visa on Dec 5th 2012. In that time, I have been working for 6 month with my employer. My first contract is actually only one year up to June 2012. Because this position is permanent position, but I can't be offered as permanent employee before I gate PR.
However, since They were wiling to sponsored me, My employer extended my contract up to 2 years ( up to June to fulfill 187 visa requirement, regardless of when i will grant my PR (Who will know about the time when i grant my Visa)..
now, time was running, and my contract is less than 2 years since 6 of June 2013..I am bit worry, because the requirement from immigration regarding to employee contract is at least 2 years after visa is granted
