Hello everyone, I am back on this website after 2 years.When I was struggling to get my pr in Australia ,u guys helped me a lot with my different queries. Today I am back with another quick question and m 100 percent sure I will definitely get a correct and positive reply from the members of the website. Actually I got my citizenship in Australia last yr and planning to bring my widow mother to live with me for rest of her life. I have a brother who will get his permanent residence shortly in Australia and is currently living with me in this country.. Therefore I wonder do I need to spend a lot of money to apply for our mothers' permanent residency. And is subclass 143 visa only the option.. Your responses will be much appreciaited. Thank you.

I made an offshore application from india but came to aus as i had another temporary visa to stay in aus.i was in nelbourne when I got the decision..good luck everyone once again

Hi friends, i got my visa grant letter today ..vry hpy. My timeline is 8/8/2013-lodged offshore 190 visa application. 16/8/2013-medicals done, without co request 11/9/2013-co allocated 12/9/2013-visa granted.. wish u all a very good luck

Hi nomadgreen, just windering where r u upto after anmac assessment? i lodged my eoi with 60 pts on 24 jun ,but nothing heard so far,,,i believe that the 2nd round of invitation would also have been finished today.do u think there is any hope of getting invitation later in this week or should wait fr the next round of following month

Hi samdom, i got my skill ass on 24 jun in mail and lodgeg the EOI on same day with 60 pts,without the help of any agent..did u lodge with 60 points or more and any good news so far??

Ya,i emailed them last week and got a reply saying that its under processing.i rang them today and got same response..Really dont know what should I do.?visa time running out .....increase in visa fees from july 1?...

Its 15 th week for modified assessment...nothing heard so far...concerned now

Hi Friends, i just got an email from Anmac saying that- International Section would like to recall the message, "ANMAC Skills Assessment Processing Times". confused what does that mean because its already 14 th week and instead of sending the email with approved assessment they send these kinds of emails...

Same is the case here.i got the same email today..its already 14th week .....and i dont understand how long they would take for my modified skill assessment....really very upset...

Its my 14th week waitin for anmac results, nothing heard so far...very confusing...any ideas how long they take for modified assessment processing

Dear Nurses, I have a query regarding the skill assessment....Do ANMAC start the processing time of 12 weeks or more, from the date we submit the online application form and pay them(ANMAC) ...Or they count it from they day they(ANMAC) recieve our docu,ments sent by post to their office in Canberra.

I applied for modified and by my own without the help of an agent....Its 12th week and nothing heard from ANMAC...wanna kill themm......

Dear Walkwater, As it is seen that you got ur visa..First of all congrats... Now I am facing the same issue while filling EOI ...I have a given name only not a family name as on my passport..Can u please advice me how you overcome this problem.. Hi nomadgreen, i rang anmac today and asked them how long they will take more as its already 12 week....the lady at reception advised me probably it could take 2 to three weeks....she told me that the assessors have already reached the application submitted on 28 & 29 feb and hope it would be our turn next...fingers crossed...

Hi noma, same is the case here.its my 11 week i applied for modified assessment..wen i called Anmac last wee,a lady at reception advised me that it could take 14 weeks...really vry frustrating... pls try to update wen u get Lod ...,good luck ...

Hi Nic, I called ANMAC and a lady at reception advised me that it could take upto 14 weeks and same was written in the email.But I was confused as I am already registered with AHPRA and have applied for modified skill assessment.Then why do they take such a along time for modified one? My main concern is my current visa which is about to expire.....:sad:

Its 10th week now..Nothing heard from ANMAC ..I applied for modified skill assessment on 1 mar 2013 as i am already registered with Ahpra,,,Just wondering if ts a matter of concern because for modified one they take so long.........
