Hi All, A friend has a child who is on the birth cert, never sees the child, has signed consent to migrate however the remaining parent has no passport or driving licence. DIAC want proof of signature what can be used? can anyone help?

Sorry if this has been asked before, new to the forum... I am looking to move to Perth on 457 visa, just waiting on confirmation of my job offer, have been looking at the cost of visa and I'm unsure if I need to pay for my partner and children separately or is it just the one payment by the main applicant? Can anyone help?
