As part of our ENS 186 application we need to get a new passport for my son. As we have been in the country for 21 months. What do we do about getting someone to countersign the application, other than ask someone in the UK to do it.... The guidelines state that they must have known the person & parent for 2 years minimum.

If you have points on your UK driving licence & have demerit points (3). Does it go against you when applying for PR and should you mention it on the application?

Hi we are currently on a 457 and can apply for PR in April through the 186 ENS scheme. Is it worth getting an agency to do the application or is there not much benefit and better off doing it yourself?

Anyone know if the England v Scotland game is on tv anywhere? I know fox have the EPL but as far as England games go I don't think any of the channels have them on. Anyone know otherwise?
