Hi Chris. Im from Dublin and just began the process of applying for a 189 visa for both myself and my wife. Can you give me a step by step guide of how you got to where u are now? Are u using an agent? Thanks Graham

My wife and I are applying for a 189 visa. We just began the process by sending my wifes qualifications and work experience to VETAASSESS advisory service. Next step is to apply with them for a skills assessment. My wife will get the 60 points needed and both hers and my professions are on the SOL list. Is there any need for me to get my skills assessed or is it ok to just get my wifes skills assessed?? It costs allot of money so I don't want to waste money. Also after we receive our assessment whats the next step. Any info woul be greatly appreciated Cheers Graham
