Hi guys, Been an avid reader on this forum, thanks to everyone who have been a regular poster on this forum. I have got my invitation on June 6th, but yet to hear from DIMA. Me and my wife have invested so much time and money to move to Oz. Its been more than a year's preparation to get all the necessary documents in order. i can wait to get any communication or even a direct grant(if lucky). Need help on two small things here: 1. During my visa application, i forgot to add my address that i have stayed in Australia earlier, should i upload form 1023 without getting an CO? 2. Did you guys load form 80 without the CO asking for one? All the best to everyone here!!

The Visa application requires a police check for any countries that i have lived in for 12 months for the last 10 years. For me, it applies for Australia, where i have lived for 1 1/2 years. I wanted some help on how exactly can i provide the information to the Australian Federal Police for the same. Please note , i am not in Australia, and i am lodging the visa application from another country. According to the site: http://www.afp.gov.au/what-we-do/police-checks/national-police-checks.aspx#national-police-certificates i need to provide all the addresses where i have stayed. Do i need to inform my old landlords? This might be difficult as i am in touch with only one of them. Any one else done the same, if you can help guide me, it would be great!

Hi, I wanted to know if i can get my skill Assessment revised instead of applying for a new one. I got my skill assessed in August 2013 which has only my current employer. However to claim points i need to show 5 years totally(which i have). The reason i didn't get it as i couldn't get hold of anybody in my old company to get the required declarations of my skill.Most of the people i knew are not employee of the place, and have moved on to other companies. Will this effect my Visa application? I am applying for 189 visa and got the invitation this month already. Can i add other supporting documents to support my employment for my skill like (Contract,Payslips)? Thanks in advance for your reply.
