Moving to Sydney end of July with wife and 4 yr old son , we are looking for 3 bedroom house in family orientated suburb , good public schools and transport links to city . After months of research Oatley is the place that is standing out . All opinions welcome ..

I am seeking a honest opinion on the state of the construction industry in Sydney . I am getting mixed reviews . I am a Joiner info with regards to salary would be great also is it worth bringing out all my power tools or replace them there ??..

My partner , son and me are moving to Sydney this year the misses got a 457 visa her job is in Newtown, our son will be starting school Jan 2014 and are desperately seeking advice on where is best to stay our top priority is a good school , our weekly budget for rent is AD700 and would like to be max 20 k from city centre. Any advice would be great
