Hi guys, I do hope someone can help me although I have been told it is not really possible to get a visa...
So i'm 38 years old (39 in April) my wife is 36 and we have 3 year old son. I am a City and Guilds NVQ Level 2 Plumber, also recently Gas Safe Certified. I got my Level 2 Plumbing qualification in June 2014 and I have been Plumbing for 3 years.
I have been told I need to have a Level 3 NVQ qualification plus 5 years experience as my current qualification counts for nothing, does anyone know if this is true?
Prior to becoming a Plumber I was in Sales and Marketing with no qualifications.
My wife is a teacher with a 4 year Higher Diploma in Education, she has over 10 years experience but its in Primary school not a demand in Oz at this time. We've explored this option but it sounds like a dead end for us too.
If you could help me with some info for our Ozzie dream it would be hugely appreciated.
