We are relocating to sydney with my OH's work. We have 3 children 12,9 & 7. We are looking at the northern beaches, north shore area. Does anyone have tips on good schools and family friendly areas. We would love somewhere where there are other kids around for them to play with.

I have flown Premium Economy with both BA and Virgin to the states. Virgin is far superior I would not pay for BA's premium economy.

We have an opportunity to move to Sydney with my husbands job. He will be working in the CBD. We are looking for a family friendly suburb within 1 a hour commute. We have 3 children 12,9,&7. Can anyone recommend a good suburb which isn't too expensive. Also does anyone know what age children move to high school?
