I have got RCB approved last year july 2012. Nomination not approved yet because CO not lodge yet. How many chances to approve nomination by CO. Are they making double check my work employer's details? Isn't it?

It seems like Melbourne is quicker then Perth...time frame of allocate CO..

I agree with that, I also same as you situation because of applying visa. Employer want to change full time category but have to wait to grant visa because of two years contract letter is start commencing get visa grant. Anyway, I can also provide when CO asking, still waiting to ask. current situation is casual full-time. That's good for me get more pay and sick leave unpaid... That's only different with holiday pay get full time entitlement.

Don't worry. According to the procedure, case officer asking AFP and Medical, which is means you have approved nomination. You will get grant letter soon shortly... Good luck.

I'm not pretty sure, it is only related with between RCB(work force department) and case officer. You can review at RCB. This situation not complete in Immigration. MRT is only complete decision case and must have message like can review at tribunal on refusal letter... ginz...

MRT is only for visa refusal applicant.
