Rupert, thanks for your quick reply, But ,I could not get your point clearly,Can you please explain. In my case ,i will get 5 points if they accept my 4 year experience(but my this 4 year experience is 3 years old).So can my skill assesment will be negative due to this gap. In other words,if anybody have 3 years gap then can he/she eligible for australian highly skilled visa or not. waiting for your reply...

I had gap of 3 years(2010 to Present) after leaving the job,I left job for further education & maternity,I have got 2 degrees between these gap. I had 4years(2005 to 2009) experience in same occupation & this occupation is in CSOL,my assessing authority is VETASSESS. Now ,1st step, i am planning to send my documents to vetassess for skill assessment.& 2nd step is ACT state sponsorship Will, they consider this gap or not,or what effect this gap put on my assessment. i would be grateful,if experts/seniors suggest/advice the best.

Thanks for your quick reply, i have googled and found that,Librarian is on SOL 2 (but sadly not in SOL1),it is under visa subclass 190 (state sponsorship).I AM VERY MUCH WORRIED,BECAUSE I DONT KNOW THIS VISA QUOTA/SUCCESS RATE FOR INDIANS? i want to know that if i send my documents for Australian skill assessment then how much % chances that, i will get positive report/result. I would be very grateful, if anybody give me advise/suggestion/tips that Before sending my documents what homework i will do to make sure that i will get positive assessment & EOI result. Wating for your reply.. cheers

As a librarian ,Is there any chance/Scope of getting PR of Australia in a highly skilled Visa or any other Visa category? (My Wife Age is 31 years,Had 3 years work experience and Bachelor & Master in library science from Annamalai university,India) If yes,then kindly give me your Sincere advice and other details, like procedure,duration & charges etc .
