I think AHC is sleeping these days. It is assumed that female applicants get the grant within a month or two after medicals, but I didnt have heard any news of grants for female applicants, except for the one courageous lady who talked to AHC and made her way, since March. AHC just keeps saying that the case is within 12 months processing timelines!

Rackspace - I see in your timelines that you have submitted your medicals in March, did you hear anything back from AHC after then? Thanks.

Medicals can be done from Australia, but seems like grant is not made unless applicant is not in the country. However I am not sure on the second part.

I think in the start of July or June end. They don't take longer, specially when you mention your preferred dates of travelling, and they give exactly 3 months time, from the date of grant, to make an entry.

Hi, You may apply sposnored visitor visa (subclass 679) from Australia. As AGB told you the response is more than 95% positive. I have also been granted this visa last month, and they even did not ask for bond money from my spouse. September will be like 6 months from the date of acknowledgment, and there are fairly good chances that you may get done with medicals by the time. Regards, ETP

Hi newone, Good initiative. I think we should also have application status, and/or months elapsed so far on the sheet, so as to distinguish easily between the cases which have been finalized and those which are still in-pogress. The color coding may also help in filtering out cases of different statuses. One more thing we can do is, to use sheet 1 as input from new applicants whereas sheet 2 should remain protected. Reason being, if new applicants start sending you emails or sharing their details on forum, it will be cumbersome for you to arrange the provided information in the standard format. It willl be easier if they do it themselves on sheet 1, so if in case they do any mistakes, it will not pollute the existing data.

Yes I will inform my CO about my travel plan. My husband confirmed with procesing center in Sydney, they said that spouse visa processing will have no impacts. I will ensure eit before expiry for sure. Thanks.

hello.. I am sorry i did not get you completely. I am going to Sydney for a short stay of 3 months. I have work here and will have to return anyways. If I get my partner visa during my stay, i will simply make an exit from Australia, and will go back on partner visa. Do you see any possibilities of issues in this plan? Thanks
