Hi there. I am preparing documents for HR ADVISER (223111). I am CIPD qualified with 12 years HR experience (5 yrs post qualification). My current official Job Description is HR ADVISER - Retention and Progression..... and is quite specific in tasks/duties rather than generalist HR duties..... and it is not accurate to what I actually do. I am not able to approach my employer for a Statement of Service due to risking job loss! I do have all my letters of appointment, showing my Job Titles covering 10 years in HR with the same employer.
Has anyone adapted their Job Description to better match the HR Adviser job description for Vetassess? Surely this is necessary for those of you deciding to go for HR Adviser rather than HR Manager?
