  1. My Employer and MA just submitted my file with few documents. they Did not follow up during these 10 months, not even attach the Menu and other relevant documents in my nomination.I was requesting them since january, please send all tax and Bas etc statements to DIAC so they can attach it to my file, it will be easy for the CO when will allocate my file to him but they were just waiting for CO to ask them these documents. So when my file was allocated to CO there was nothing in the file and he requested all these documents. Good thing i got nomination approved. They don't need to wait for the end of financial year as it works quarterly. business pay tax after 3 months.

  4. So it was the plan of that guy and my owner. they just pretended that his file was invalid and they made me work alone for 10 months (no s....y) May be he paid huge amount to the owner he works in the city cash in hand. f..king employers (indian) who take advantages of DIAC rules and our condition. thanks for reply.
  5. Is it true true if you are on mrt before july you can apply 119 (offshore) without country out ( in australia)? My employer opened a restaurant in june and sponsored me and one other guy. and later on employer said the other guy's application declared invalid as he applied offshore file 119 while staying in australia. it was said he was on mrt.
  6. Urgent Answer required. MY CO is asking for "Non Resident Citizen" certificate from indian consulate australia, but they said we don't issue this certificate. Any alternative for this certificate?
  7. yes. more than 50% delays in decisions is only because of ignorance of MA coz they don't update files they apply file with few documents and wait untill co ask them for further documents. i am fedup with my MA who is also the owner of the restaurant. i agree that most of the co are very cooperative they answer quickly if you provide them all the documents quickly then they are quick to make decision it helps other applications. i will share my updated timeline soon.
  8. but my MA said in RSMS co wants original AFP.
  9. Do we need to provide original certificates of AFP and overseas police check to Case Officer?
  10. He applied from Parramatta. i applied on same date but 857.
  11. Anyone got co applied on 28,29 june 2012 from parramatta?
  12. So finally files of 29 June 2012 are getting case officers.
  13. Where you submitted your file? Parramatta?
  14. You can see my time line under my post. JRP is just a way of making money for DIAC. Its a one year programe. you have register online. firstly:-In 12 months every month you have to write an article of 1000 words by log in the tra website( it includes whatever you do in the kitchen cooking, preparation, equipment u use, something about team work etc) funny thing is that one month written work u can paste in rest of 11 months. second:- u have to do online course cost around $750.after six month pay them $2000 and they will send one person in ur kitchen who will take 6-8 pictures of u doing different jobs, 3- 4 questions common. then next step. all together cost $4000. very easy. u have to send them 1 year payslips.
  15. It means with 30,000 rsms files DIAC got more than $90,000,000 still they are unable to handle these files and they are making changes every year when we are in the half way to fulfill the requirement to apply PR. I came in Au in 2009 finished certificate 3 in cookery paid full fees of advanced diploma then they removed my course from demand list. i worked in oz restaurant, finished job ready test, was going to apply ENS with 2 year full time experience ( 1 year exemption was available). then last year they finished the 1 year exemption if i finished 3 year then my TR finished before it. Then i applied RSMS, now long Wait......
  16. Hi i applied 857 non-drc as a cook at parramatta on 29 june 2012. all my friends who applied on 25,26,27 june they got co last week and some of them got PR. so how long u think it will take to reach 29 june.
  17. Hi i applied 857 on 29 June at Parramatta office, as non DRC, as a cook. i approved nomination in one day then applied 857. Belongs to high risk country. How long i have to wait? One of my friend applied ens onshore in the mid of june 2012 and refused in mid September because of insufficient experience, high risk country. but time line shows they are at about 24 june2012 now. how its possible?
