Hi Just asking advice has any body used Globalqrops for advice on transferring UK pensions? Is it liable to transfer a 15 year pension over to Australia? Do you have to wait till 68?? Any advice gratefully received Hel

Many thanks for your replies. I am applying to any teaching position going and use this as a basis of where to settle first basically whichever gives me a go we will head for there. I would love beach life and plenty to do and see; we are hoping to take up kayaking as a hobby so near water would be a must. I don't want to be too near Sydney as prefer an easy lifestyle. Hello from Cov. I have been granted permanent residency (took nearly 5 years ) and we are emigrating at the end of July. Myself and husband are emigrating at the end of July to the Hunter Valley region staying initially with family before we look for work. I am a primary school teacher with 15 years experience I was just wondering what the job situation is like currently. I am waiting for my nsw registration to come through and would love a job to go to when we arrive if possible. Just saying hello to anyone in similar situation to us be nice to chat. X:biggrin:
