Hi Everyone, I have a slight confusion, my brother will be getting his permanent residency in May 2013 and will move to Melbourne. Can he straight away sponsor me for 489 visa as Melbourne comes under designated area category ? And I have also heard that there are limited number of seats for 489 family sponsored visa this year, if it is true could you please let me know how many seats are available ? Regards, AJ
