I may need to withdraw my DRC119 application within this month...

no, it doesn't have any no furthur stay or anything like that. Extending visa is just a new stress.

i didn't say him anything and he said let me do what i do... i was on student visa i asked him can i apply onshore and he said we should apply offshore, i dont kno why

i am from high risk country, my agent said u have 5-6 months of visa and u will get visa before it, so he applied offshore.

i am waiting for 119 drc applied on 28th june.. my visa is gonna expire within 2 weeks, i am confused what should i do ?

i think u should wait and dont contact DIAC more often...

immigration officer asked my emplyoer that i have started my job there yet or not ? my employer said he will start after approval. then he said we will process everything asap so u can have ur workeron position there quickly. and they demanded some documents

immigration called my workplace today and confirmed everyting with my employer.

my cousin got approval of 119 drc melbourne.. applied on 14th of june approved on 16th october

hi, I have lodged visa 119 DRC on 28/06/2012 and all the medicals, ilelts and pcc was submitted along. After that never heard anything and I visited melbourne office and they said you are expected to get CO in 2-3 months but because of high volume of applications it may be delayed bit more.
